From November 12th - December 31st, the pet adoption fee at 

East Lake Pet Orphanage will be 1/2 price for pets 8 months and older.

This promotion is valid from November 12, 2024 - December 31, 2024. This promotion applies to approved pet adoptions as notified by East Lake Pet Orphanage for pets 8 months in age and older. Pet adoptions prior to November 12, 2024 do not apply.

Thank you for your interest in adopting a Cat or Kitten from East Lake Pet Orphanage. Adoption is one of the most meaningful and rewarding decisions you will ever make. We work hard to make the best possible matches between pets and people for the mutual enrichment of life.  We also understand that sometimes unforeseeable situations occur. If for any reason, an adoption is not successful, a pet may be brought back to us within 30 days, at which time the adoption fee ($225) is donated.  The one time adoption fee is $225.

Adopted Cats & Kittens Receive:

 

  • Veterinary examination

  • Health assessment

  • Nutritional assessment

  • Spay / Neuter surgery

  • Microchipping

  • Intestinal parasite screening

  • Deworming

  • Age appropriate vaccinations

  • Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids testing

  • Behavioral assessment

Path to Adoption

  • Application Submission: The first step in your path to adoption is to submit an application. Even if an application is pending for a particular orphan, we encourage you to also submit your application since circumstances of a potential adopter may change, or we may determine that an alternative match for a pet may be more suitable.

  • Application Verification:  The next step is the application verification which is initiated within 3 -7 days after submitting an application. Time to complete an application verification will vary depending on the response time of references.  Applications are often simultaneously received on site, on line, and at events, so the adoption process is not strictly based on first come, first served.

  • Adoption Approval:  Adoption matches are based on what is deemed best for both the adopter and the pet, and having complete, accurate, and verifiable information on the application. While date of application submission is given priority, it does not guarantee approval. When an application is approved, notification is received by email or phone.

  2. 유효한 운전면허증이나 정부에서 발급한 다른 신분증을 소지하세요.

  3. 고양이/새끼 고양이에게 적절한 관리, 훈련 및 의료 치료를 제공할 의향이 있어야 합니다. 고양이/새끼 고양이의 수혜자가 되십시오.

  4. 선물 입양은 허용되지 않습니다.

  5. 모든 필수 항목에 대한 완전한 답변을 제공하세요.
